Abstract

Perencanaan dan pengelolaan keuangan usaha bagi Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) sangat penting mengingat rendahnya tingkat pengetahuan keuangan di kalangan kelompok usaha ini. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada Sabtu, 31 September 2024, bertempat di Pokdarwis Sungai Jawi, Desa Agrowisata, Kecamatan Kalidoni, dengan peserta sasaran sebanyak 24 pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) Pokdarwis. Program ini berlangsung selama empat bulan, menggunakan model kegiatan berupa penyuluhan dan pendampingan. Penyuluhan mencakup materi tentang perencanaan keuangan, seperti evaluasi kondisi keuangan usaha, pemisahan keuangan usaha dan rumah tangga, edukasi tentang dana darurat, serta perlindungan usaha. Pendampingan melibatkan praktik pencatatan keuangan yang meliputi arus kas, baik pemasukan maupun pengeluaran. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengukur efektivitas kegiatan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman peserta mengenai fungsi uang, pencatatan arus kas, serta penyusunan anggaran kas masuk dan keluar telah meningkat lebih dari 70%, atau tepatnya 80%-100% secara signifikan. Ke depan, kegiatan serupa dapat difokuskan pada pendampingan pemilihan instrument investasi yang memiliki karakteristik berbeda.
