Abstract
Indonesia menduduki urutan keempat dengan jumlah orang dewasa sebanyak 100 juta yang tidak terlayani oleh Lembaga keuangan formal. Adapun kelompok yang paling rentan terhadap inklusi keuangan adalah wanita, masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah, dan masyarakat berpendidikan rendah. Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (2024) melaksanakan Survey Nasional Literasi dan Inklusi Keuangan yang menunjukkan hasil bahwa tingkat literasi keuangan masyarakat lebih rendah daripada tingkat inklusi keuangan. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat dapat mengakses produk dan layanan keuangan tetapi tidak memahami manfaat serta risikonya yang berujung kepada peningkatan risiko penyalahgunaan keuangan. Tujuan dilaksanakan kegiatan literasi keuangan melalui penyuluhan pengelolaan keuangan adalah memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat berpenghasilan dan berpendidikan rendah mengenai pengelolaan keuangan, perencanaan keuangan, dan penyusunan anggaran keuangan. Kelompok sasaran pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah buruh bangunan dan tukang kayu yang berkerja pada konsultan arsitek Ouevre Arch + Interior. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan berupa penyampaian materi dan praktek langsung penyusunan perencanaan keuangan dan anggaran keuangan. Dari hasil kegiatan, 87,5% peserta memiliki tujuan keuangan untuk membeli rumah. Dari hasil perhitungan aliran kas, masih 50% masih memiliki kekurangan dalam pendapatan per bulannya. Hal ini disebabkan banyaknya tujuan keuangan yang tidak disertai dengan pendapatan sehingga tujuan keuangan akan dapat diwujudkan apabila peserta melunasi hutang yang dimiliki dan mulai mengalihkan hutang/cicilan ke tujuan keuangan berikutnya. Implikasi dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini diharapkan peserta dapat melakukan pengelolaan keuangan secara bijak sehingga mereka akan mendapatkan manfaat dari pemakaian produk keuangan yang dalam jangka panjang diharapkan dapat mencapai tujuan keuangan yang telah direncanakan.
